Transcript Requests
Oak Park Unified School District is now partnering with Parchment to provide a secure, and confidential eTranscript service. Available 24/7, students and alumni can request official high school transcripts online and send it to the college/destination of their choice.
Costs:
- Current Students: There are no costs for current OPUSD students.
- Alumni: A $30 fee will be included for system and staff processing to alumni.
- Third-party Requesters: A $45 fee will be included for system and staff processing to third-part requesters.
Types of Transcripts:
- Official: Sealed for colleges/employers.
- Unofficial: For personal use.
How it Works:
- PLACE YOUR ORDER - Parchment has linked thousands of high schools around the country with the vast majority of colleges to send and receive transcripts electronically.
- SCHOOL PREPARES TRANSCRIPT - Parchment works with your school to ensure your transcript is uploaded and ready for delivery.
- TRANSCRIPT IS DELIVERED - Your transcript is sent electronically or by mail. You can track the status of your order and view a saved copy.
Order Status - You may click on the Order Status tab to view the current status of any transcript you have already ordered. You will also receive emails confirming the progress of your transcript requests.
Steps to Request a Transcript via Parchment:
- Click on the appropriate school link below to begin
- Sign Up: Create a username and password on Parchment.
- Request: Select the recipient (college, university, or organization).
- Notifications: Receive updates and track the status of your request.
